REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits or payments are fully refundable if the captain cancels due to wind, high seas or storm and the decision to cancel is made the night before your trip or while standing at the dock, and we cannot reschedule. We want you to have a fun and unforgettable time and, if the weather looks unsafe or too adverse, we will try to reschedule your trip. If we cancel due to weather and cannot reschedule due to continued bad weather, your travel schedule or our previous bookings, your money will be fully refunded either on your credit card or by check from our office mailed within 30 business days.
Trips that you cancel 45 days or more before the departure time on the date of your trip will be fully refunded, minus a 15% booking/credit card fee. If your trip is cancelled less than 72 hours before the departure time, we will be happy to work with you to try to reschedule the trip and apply your payment(s) to a new date. If we cannot find a mutual date or if you cancel the trip completely, your deposit will NOT be refundable and you will receive credit to use on future dates. This is transferable to alternate parties. Trips cancelled less than 72 hours before your departure time are NOT refundable and NOT transferable to a later date unless we can rebook your cancelled date.
If your trip is cancelled for reasons of force majeure (Family calamities, demonstrably supported by evidence), 70% of the amount of the advance payment will be refunded.
RESERVATION POLICY
A 50% deposit of the total amount contracted is required to book.
Payment methods: bank transfer, cash or the methods provided by the service provider.
The total amount of the reservation must be paid before boarding at the docks.
